Denzil Washington
you hear of all the movie stars on the front page news adopting baby's from a third world country, but NOT one word, even on the third page, about the aselfless act of one man in hoolywood, no news reporters or cameras, as he toured a VA hospital in texas that takes care of the wounded vets from the war, he asked how much does it cost to build more care centers, when he was told he took out his check book and wrote a check rite there on the spot, he asked for no recogntion,just to serve and care for the vets that unselfishly served our country,

I have also heard about the wonderful things Denzel Washington has done for our troops, and I have great admiration for the pride he takes in our soldiers. Thanks for sharing with us the good work Mr. Washington is doing!

I was not aware what Denzel washington has done for our troops, I am glad to hear that he is involved with our troops like that. I think that he does a great job in his movies and this goes to show that he is doing a great thing for a wonderful cause outside of work as well, not because he will get a big paycheck if he does...but because he actually cares.

It's nice to here that actors use their money for a good cause instead of blowing all their money on themselves.

I think it is sad that people want to work and be rewarded with money. I volunteered at channel one a couple semester now. What bring me back their is the people are their to help oneanother not to have gain.
I was at the bank and an old lady was taking all her money out of the bank to go too Used a Bit Store to buy clothing for homeless children. I went ahead of her and explained what she was about to do we decided to get a truck of clothing and donate it to her and she made sure it went to the write place.
